Shipping and returns

Delivery

We pack every order within two working days, wrapped in recycled paper and a double-walled box. Delivery in Germany takes one to three working days and costs €4.90, free over €60. Delivery within the EU takes three to seven working days and starts at €9.90.

Returns

You can return unused pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us first so we can send a return label, then pack the piece the way it arrived.

Breakage

If something arrives broken, send us a photo within seven days and we will send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer.
